With the support of the local community and other donors the Heritage Hub Trust committee undertake a number of projects to maintain and enhance the heritage of the area.  Recent projects have included:

2018  Landscape maintenance equipment     supported by  Corrections Dept Community Service programme
2019  River Dam Track development             supported by Walking Access NZ
2020  Digitising historic documents               supported by Clutha District Council 
2021  125th Anniversary Tuapeka Ferry
2023   Minor capital works, roof and window maintenance
2023 River Dam Track - improvement of track over wet patches  supported by Calder Stewart Ltd
2024  Window maintenance
